Processing Time
Applications are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days once all required documentation has been received by our leasing office.
Approval Criteria
We evaluate credit history, rental references, and income stability. Generally, applicants should demonstrate a combined gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent.
Co-signers Policy
We do accept co-signers who meet our income and credit requirements for students or applicants with limited credit history.
Status Notification
Applicants will be notified of their approval status via email. Our team will also reach out by phone to discuss the next steps and move-in logistics.
